Nicasio Formagella
Nicasio Formagella Made in 3″ rounds with a velvety white exterior, Formagella is a classic Swiss-Italian Brie style cheese produced by Nicasio Valley Cheese Company in California. Made using 100% organic cow’s milk, this soft, bloomy rind cheese is aged for at least two months to develop a mold aroma and open-textured paste with ayes throughout the paste. It is the mildest of Nicasio’s aged cheeses, similar to a Camembert or Brie.
